Refund Policy

Digital Products
All digital product sales — including the ME03 Book PDF and any other downloadable files — are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents download, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.
Print Books (Lulu Direct)
Print books are fulfilled by Lulu Direct. Refund and replacement eligibility applies in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective item — Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Wrong item received — Contact us within 14 days. We will correct the order immediately.
- Item not received — If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with Lulu Direct.
- Change of mind — We are unable to accept returns for print books that have been received in good condition.
Apparel & Accessories (Printful)
Apparel and accessories are printed on demand by Printful. Each item is made specifically for your order. Refunds or replacements are available for:
- Manufacturing defects or print errors
- Incorrect item or size shipped
- Items damaged in transit
Refunds are not available for incorrect sizing when the correct size was shipped as ordered. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Donations
Donations to ME03 are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable. If a donation was made in error (duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction), contact us within 5 business days and we will review the case.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or report an issue with your order, use our Contact page. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
